With more than 78 large scale enterprises, Dyeing and Spinning Garments Industry has been built into an industrial complex, pillared by such export-oriented enterprises as Shandong Fuhao Leather Products Co., Ltd, Shandong  Shengge Group, Shandong Rushan Arts and Crafts Co., Ltd and Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industrial Complex, etc.  Nowadays, 17 projects have been successfully introduced into the complex, with 7 ones as Weihai Youcheng Dyeing and Spinning Co., Ltd, Rushan Shengmin Fibre Co., Ltd, Rushan Wuxing Fibre Co., Ltd. etc. been put into production.  Moreover, such dominated products as leather bags, flannelette toys, high-emulation chemical fiber material, silk underwear, embroidery, etc. are well known in and abroad.
