Rushan owns complete infrastructure and perfect carrier. In recent years, an accumulative fund of two billion yuan has been invested into large-scale urban renewal as well as facilities coordination and perfection. The urban facilities have become more and more perfect. So it has successfully entered the top 100 counties in term of investment environment in China. Compared with neighboring regions, Rushan boasts more prominent advantage in water and power. Within its territory, there are four reservoirs of large and medium sizes with annual water reserve of 200 million cubic meters and urban daily water supply capacity of 100,00 cubic meters. It is a water-rich city rarely found in Jiaodong Peninsula. Within the territory of Rushan city, the local power grid is connected with the large ones of Shandong Province. Double return circuit can ensure efficient power supply, thus avoiding phenomena occurrence of power restriction or failure. In the city, six divisional areas or zone of individual functional profession have been mapped out, textile dyeing and finishing, machinery and automotive parts, pharmaceutical and chemical in addition to the economic development zone and Yintan Tourism Vacation Zone. Public utilities of the “9 availabilities and one leveling” have been basically realized in every zone or section, presenting favorable carrying conditions of industrial transfer or presence-establishment from home and abroad. Among others, the focal construction project, Taiwan Industrial Park, thanks to efforts form multiple aspects, has been ratified as Shandong (Rushan) Taiwan Business Logistics Center, the only logistics park exclusively to Taiwan as well as one of the 10 major Taiwan industrial parks in Shandong Province. After the coordinated construction during the initial phases, the carrying capacity has been tremendously enhanced. So far, six Taiwanese funded projects with investment of more than ten million US dollars each have been successfully introduced and settled down, such as Xinyelian Science and Technology Park, Dongwei Diantong, Donghao Science and Technology, etc. At present, nationally largest exhibition center with a construction area of 288,000 square meters is in the fast pace of construction.
